Bold Tendencies

Up Next celebrates leading talent from across London’s diverse poetry and music scenes. Up Next will break down distinctions between poetry and other artistic forms and will feature unique collaborations between poets and artists from a drumming troupe (Drum Works) and the Multi-Story Orchestra. The evening poetry event will feature sets from Barbican Young Poets and members of Spare the Poets, who have performed at Glastonbury, the Roundhouse and recently featured prominently in a poetry campaign by Nationwide.

Up Next also marks the launch of PLAY, a social enterprise that aims to bring communities together and take poetry to new places.
