HOW WE ARE RUNNING THE SITE IN 2021

Entry
✌︎ We are operating on a first come first serve basis, as usual.
✌︎ Early arrival is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
✌︎ Visitors will need to fill out our Visitor Information Form on arrival.

Capacity
We have reduced our capacity to facilitate safe distancing at all times.

FAQs relating to our COVID-Safety Guidelines
The safety of our visitors and staff is our priority and we have undertaken careful planning to put in place procedures around the site and for our live events to ensure public safety. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with our COVID-Safety Guidelines to make sure your visit is as relaxed and enjoyable as possible.

Frank’s Cafe
✌︎ Frank’s Cafe is card only.
✌︎ Frank’s Cafe does not accept table reservations.

Table Service
In line with COVID-19 restrictions, food and drink can only be served to visitors to Bold Tendencies who are seated. Additional seating is available across the site to accommodate this. We recommend registering for Frank’s Cafe Order at Table app in advance of your arrival.

Bookable Bays
We have three spaces on-site available for hire this summer. All spaces are located on the rooftop each with their own unique environment. Each is ideal for groups of up to 30 people. For further information please email events@boldtendencies.com.

Access
For all access enquiries please email access@boldtendencies.com. The inbox is frequently monitored and we aim to respond to access-related queries within a minimum of 2 working days. We advise that you arrange access requests in advance of your visit, however these can also be arranged with the security team at the main entrance on arrival.

Lifts
Lifts are located on the ground floor of the site. They will take you to the concrete covered spaces on Levels 7 and 8, and the Rooftop on Levels 9 and 10. From the main entrance take a right and walk down the alleyway that runs adjacent to the length of the Car Park. About halfway down, you will find an entranceway to the ground floor Car Park on your left hand side, upon entering you will find the lift lobby.

Toilets
The Toilet Block is located towards the far right-hand corner of the rooftop, behind the Derek Jarman Garden. There are fourteen eco-compostable toilet cubicles, one accessible toilet and one wall hung urinal. All facilities are gender neutral.

Weather
Due to the nature of the site, there is limited covered space and so, we advise all visitors to dress comfortably and wear appropriate footwear in line with the forecasted weather. We have a limited number of umbrellas that are free to borrow from Visitor Services, located under Peckham Observatory.
