Do I need to book to visit?

No, there is no need to book: Bold Tendencies is open to the public and access is for walk-ins only on a first come first served basis.

Are you operating timed entry slots?

No, there are no timed entry slots.

What is the capacity?

The Bold Tendencies site is large and open air. The capacity has been reduced in line with government guidelines to allow for safe social distancing and free movement around the space.

What happens when you reach capacity?

If and when we reach capacity we will operate a queuing system – one in one out.

Is Frank’s Cafe open?

Yes, Frank’s Cafe is open at the same opening hours as Bold Tendencies. Food will be available until 10pm. Contactless payments are preferred. Frank’s does not take any advance bookings.

Are you collecting information for track and trace?

Yes, we will ask you to fill in an online form on arrival either using our iPad at the entrance, or using a QR code which pushes the form to your mobile phone. We will store the data submitted in accordance with GDPR and based on government Covid-19 guidance.

Where can I find details of live events?

Tickets for our live programme are available on the ‘Events & Tickets’ page. The live programme has been developed to allow events to take place safely on the covered spaces below the rooftop. The audience is seated socially distanced in the round in accordance with government guidance. These spaces are covered but open air.

Directions & Contact

Access on foot
The car park is a short walk from Peckham Rye station. Turn left down Rye Lane (towards McDonalds), cross the road at the pedestrian crossing. Santander will then be on your right hand side and you should be facing the Multiplex cinema. Walk towards the cinema and turn right – here on your left you will find the staircase leading up to Bold Tendencies which is manned at all times.

The nearest train station is Peckham Rye.
Overground Line from Highbury & Islington and Clapham Junction.
South Eastern services from London Bridge and London Victoria.
Local buses: 12, 36, 37, 63, 78, 171, 343, 363, 436

There is very limited Pay and Display parking on the ground floor of the site (accessible from Cerise Road off Hanover Park). We strongly advise that you do not arrive by car if possible, but if necessary see Southwark Council’s website for more information on local parking options.

Step free access
Step free access is available via the lifts from the ground floor. We strongly advise that you arrange access in advance by emailing, however this can also be arranged with the security team at the main entrance on arrival.
